Wagyu Mcguire's Japanese Sushi Steaks

Really deserves less than 2 stars! First time in a couple of months and boy, what a disappointment! Unappetizing sushi with terribly sad, wilted avocado. Won't be recommending to anyone after this. Chef Ben, what's up?

Unfortunately tonight was very slow. We entered the restaurant around 7:50pm and as we ordered it was 8:00pm. After fourty minutes around 8:40pm the waitress came to us and told us the chef will be fishish soon because of backlog. We ordered four sushi rolls and one salmon sashimi of five pieces only. I think this is nothing special which needs to take over an hour to prepare Maki Rolls. We were very hungry and also wanted to leave the restaurant. The dinner arrived around 9:00 pm. Other guest who came later to the restaurant got their shushi sooner than we do. The sushi was ok and the waitress really nice but we did not get any incentives or reduction of the price.

Best sushi I've ever had and I eat it at the least, 2-3 times a week. Sushi Chef has the palette figured out and what pairs perfectly together. Go off menu and have some fun with his creativity! It's so worth it! All the staff was fantastic and a lot of fun. The young gentleman behind the bar made great suggestions and wonderful service. Let him surprise you with one of his drink suggestions! Food was beautiful! We enjoyed our experience there so much!

This place was recommended by my friend when we visited Destin. I ordered the sirloin strip steak teppanyaki and it was so delicious! It was cooked perfectly as I requested and very tasty. The yakisoba noodles got some smoky flavor to it which I really, really love. Servings are huge. Server was very attentive and courteous i?m sorry I forgot her name. Would definitely come back when I visit FL again.

Great place to be. Sushi was very good service even better. Lauren was awesome? The place has this authentic Asian vibe. Highly recommended.
