Mcdonald's - DeSoto

Standard McDonald's, standard rules apply. Usually quick service, the people are generally courteous, but always make sure your order is correct before you drive off. It's no better or worse than other McDonald's I've visited.

This location is good. Most of the time they do have a long line. Depending on the time of day but even then they try there best to get you in and out. The food is good make sure you check your French fries though only because sometimes they can be cold. That is the only thing. Overall they are friendly and they are quick.

The server did an excellent job apologizing for the wait at 6 o'clock due to being short-staffed. None of the other employees showed up, but she handled the situation wonderfully.

Whenever I visit DeSoto, I always stop by this restaurant for their pancakes. Today, they surprised me by giving me extra syrup and butter. If they continue to do so in the future, they should also make sure to put a little something extra in my pocket.

The hamburgers are big and the fries are hot! The customer service is excellent and my grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed their meal.
