Chipotle Mexican Grill - DeSoto

Y’all really need to do something about this location! Rude servers! Never has anything. Myself along with 6 other people just walked out because we were told it would be 30 minutes for white rice! The last time I was here I was told an hour for pico. Enough is enough. I’ll just drive to Red Oak.

I saw the reviews but decided to chance it anyway and they aren't lying about having nothing ready. May not be bad, but if someone wanted one of the many things they didn't have, whole line got stopped.

Man! the first location I visited had no cheese. (Deal Breaker for me) next location I visited had all the goods. but the line was crazy long first 10-15 minutes in the restaurant only one person working the line all said and done order online and pickup your local restaurant P. S. food was pretty

Terrible! Every time we order from this location, they screw our orders up! We’ve given chance after chance. And now we can’t even get a manager on the phone to voice our concerns. When this location first opened it was a lot better than this!

DO NOT EAT HERE PERIOD HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND FOOD....THIS PLACE GETS 0 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND.. This is the worst of the worst Chipotle I've ever been to kids workingthere with no adult supervision and they dont care aboutanything. First off they were out of most if everything I asked for brown rice the kid told me no we are out and it'll be 45 min to make it smh it literally takes 5 min to boil rice so then I wanted ground beef burrito and no ground beef the other beef stuff whatever it was looked like it was sitting there for a week so I got chicken and it was hard and crunchy they made it hours b4 and it just sat there nothing fresh FLYS everywhere by the food and the KIDS WERE JUST LAUGHING AND JOKING AROUND INSTEAD OF MAKING FRESH FOOD THEY WERE CURSING AND THE SOUR CREAM WAS WATER PRETTY MUCH so we were hungry we said f it we will sit down and eat and every single table was smeered with food not 1 place to sit and eat so we had to eat in our work truck and we literally took 2 bites and threw it away afraid we are gonna get food poison smh WHERES THE ADULTS WHERES THE MANAGER WHERES ANYONE THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR Restaurant SMH WORST OF THE WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT GO EAT HERE EVER........
