We arrived at 8:40pm with three cars ahead of us. Didnt place our order until 9:50pm. Pulled up and sat at the window until 10:20pm waiting for two burgers and two ice creams. Meanwhile the staff was not friendly nor in any rush. you had staff walking around the back eating food and relaxing. it took them 5 Mins in-between every item they handed us which was given in an attitude.after my almost two hour long wait, no apologies or discounts were given. completely unacceptable. if I knew this would be how it was I would have definitely gone somewhere else.

Braum's has the best ice cream ? especially the Banana Split! But this place has been here for years and needs a complete remodel. The place is old and the staff are too busy to clean the place thoroughly. Also, the employees seem to rely on each other, and costomers get unnoticed when needing to order and check out.

My favorite fast food burger place to go anytime I'm not in Waco and the town I'm in has one. Great crinkle fries, shakes, cherry limeade, and non hormone added beef... Braums has a burger with flavor like no other in the fast food sector.

6:08 pm. I understand that I'm just finished with the staff. can soneone please acknowledge a customer who tries to order food. came in because the journey through was out of the parking lot. stood in line to eat for 15 min...not a personal told me everything...not 1 we will get with them in a minute 7 people eis. no one with food orders. I had time to tap these standing at the counter and wait for order. two manager at the service... and not even told me a word. I will not return to this place. it's about the customer service for me.

I ate here yesterday, and I have food poisoning. They don’t clean their utensils or their counters. As someone who works in fast food , you should know to keep you areas clean to prevent cross contamination. The manager there is also rude and was yelling at her employees. I don’t recommend this place and they should be lucky I’m not going to take legal precautions due to my health being heavily effected .
