Cinnaholic - Des Moines

I bought some plain buns and a specialty bun. Plain buns are little bit of dry and bland, and once I got the specialty buns I knew why. The plain buns are just base, what you’ll taste is the endless super sweet topping. Actually you can use any firm buns from grocery store and put anything on top of it. It’s fine to try new things for once, but no surprise for me.

The customer service is amazing and the quality and freshness of the food is over the top! We have been in both locations and the service food and cleanliness is consistent every time. Best dessert place in Des moines/Ankeny, no doubt!!!

A wonderful sweet treat for the cinnamon roll lover in my life. He's traditional, so he always orders the Old Skool roll. I'm a bit more adventurous and have a new favorite: Peach Cobbler. The employees are extremely kind and helpful, and the scent alone when you're still outside will make you happy.

I originally ordered through Uber eats for delivery. They were horrible. I contacted them to let them know. The owner himself immediately contacted me. He left the comfort of his own home to get to the location. Got me new cinnamon rolls, and dropped them off to me. Wonderful customer service. And even better cinnamon rolls. I was visiting from Omaha, Nebraska. When ever I’m in Des Moines this will be on the list of places i visit. I had the peach cobbler, and Carmel Apple Pie cinnamon rolls, and the brownie with chocolate frosting. Amazing!!

Clean establishment and friendly service. Lots of choices of toppings on a cinnamon bun. Also they have edible cookie dough, and a small selection of cookies. This monster shown was a cinnamon roll topped with cake frosting, edible cookie dough, cake frosting and sprinkles. Delicious!! Prices are pretty reasonable considering the size of the treats!! Would definitely return for more.
