Pizza Express - Derby

Horrible!! This restaurant was a disappointment. We were a group of 8, but our food arrived at different times. We were never offered more drinks during our meal and weren't asked about dessert. We had to ask for the bill. The food took a long time to come out and was very mediocre. Overall, a terrible experience!!

Placed my order well in advance for a prompt delivery, but unfortunately, it arrived late and all the food was cold. The restaurant did not offer a refund or any alternatives. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I visit Pizza Express often, and I must say that the customer service at the Derbion branch is probably the worst. The staff there seem like everything is a burden for them. They hardly come to greet you and it's difficult to get a smile out of them. We were never asked if we wanted another drink. The food is fine, but the employees definitely need improvement.

I recently dined at Pizza Express with my partner and received exceptional service from Ciara. The food was delicious, the service was quick, and she was very friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning.

Ciara, our server, was very polite and friendly. We enjoyed two delicious pizzas and will likely be back again next week.
