I went to this wendy’s today and experienced some of the best customer service I ever had in a fast food restaurant! the casser, michael, was very friendly and personal (and immediately greeted me with eye contact, good day, sir, how are they today? .michael liked to take my order and reviewed my special requests (to make sure my order was correct. He also informed me about the boo book coupon brochure that I bought, which I saved money on my order and will also save me on my next meal! He got my coffee and eat quickly and made sure that I had everything I needed before I left theke. also he was willing to sign up on the other computer terminal to print my reception (as it would not print on his terminal.) I felt welcome here that I was appreciated for my paragliding, plus that eating was good and the coffee was nice and fresh, and I will definitely be back soon! I think michael deserves recognition from the administration well done for a job? got bless!
The personal is extremely rude and acts as if you were an inconvenience when you go. food quality is always bad. I have for convenience and cost, but the experience is consistently bad. will not go any more after I had received the setting of the moment when I went from this last visit to the counter.
My food is always fresh and when I ask for extra cheese they gimme the extra cheese I’m charged for I love it here
The food is what you'd expect from a Wendy's it was good and the order was correct but I was really blown away by the staff. Everyone who was working here seemed to be in a great mood and Marie who took my order was incredibly friendly. I feel like most fast food restaurants I go to now don't have such a welcoming environment but this was a genuinely great experience.
