The staff is great, onion rings are fresh n nev burnt

When I stopped in for lunch today, the inside was very busy- the staff had a line which I waited in. A gentleman a few customers in front of me had some issues with wanting to use multiple coupons. The gentleman got angry about his specific coupons (buy one get ones for whoppers I think) and started yelling that they were not giving him enough whoppers- the staff did everything they could to help this guy but he kept yelling and wouldn't calm down. The de-escalation by the staff today was impressive and even for this situation going on the other members of staff kept working with other customers at another register. I was impressed, and my food came out just fine.
