Brik on York - Denver

Wow! This restaurant is a must-visit! The food is incredible, the service is fantastic, the ambiance is awesome, and the live music just adds to the overall experience. This place is truly a hidden gem and I cannot wait to return!

My group visited Brik last night. We had a Vegan in our party and were all able to find something on the menu to suit our tastes. The staff provided excellent wine recommendations and the prices were reasonable. We had a lot of fun and the staff even helped me start my car when we left. Brik is a fantastic restaurant - I highly recommend giving it a try. In my opinion, it is the best restaurant on Colfax.

This restaurant is wonderful. Their wood-fired pizzas are delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with occasional live music. The staff is friendly and efficient, even when busy. The prices for drinks are reasonable for a downtown location. I love the location and the vibe. I highly recommend checking out Brik on York. You won't be disappointed.

This place is like home. Heck, when you check out their wine selection, it will become your home too. The owner put his soul and touch into the atmosphere of this establishment. This is one of the few places in Denver where I personally thank the chefs, and they actually humbly take it with charm. They have a wonderful talented sommelier who will make you discover a whole new level of excitement for wine and food pairings. Hands. Down. Best. Pizza. You don't get a true Italian doughy delicious crust anywhere but here. Perfection.

A different vibe for sure no one is in a hurry, it's not about you as the guest, not about them as the staff, just a place in time to be and live, didn't expect it, unpretentious hip joint, take it or leave it, pricey? yeah but why not spend it on something enjoyable for a change ... Was just coming through on travel but enjoyed it a great deal. Oh yead, food? Not bad at all, i could have handled it crisped up a bit more, with more garlic, majoram and capers, but then that puts me outside what people are used to here. So, in summary, all good, and glad i found this place.
