Restaurant bewertenA girl with blonde hair was giving me a drink that I had not ordered (my drink was dragon drink) but she had not put coconut milk in it and I told her to put it in and after 5 minutes I tried my drink and it tasted like water, just water nothing about tasting like a dragon drink, I'm angry about what they do to us clients, I think the girl's name is Zoé, if you don't want to do your job well, look for another job that you like ???I bought at around 6:55
The drinks from here are just never correct. Today I ordered a peppermint mocha. My daughter grabbed it and brought it to me so couldn't ask for a new one. I got a cup of what looked and tasted like warm milk. Nothing else.
One car in front of us who got one drink. Empty parking lot and it took 20 minutes, I believe the only reason someone came back was because I yelled Come on! This is crazy, the guy from the window is over talking to the girl working the counter. When you ask for a Vente mocha latte with whipped cream and open the cup it’s down 1/4 of the cup with no whipped cream. Come on Starbucks when you’re charging top prices that goes on my Starbucks credit card and give less than mediocre service maybe those prices should drop down like the service has.
Ordered two bacon sausage egg wraps. Waited forever to be acknowledged at the intercom. Both sandwiches were cold in the middle. Then the girl dropped my cheese danish on the floor, picked it up and handed it to me. $30 down the drain.
I have never met such a rude barista in my life, emma who was working at 11:45 on thanksgiving was not in a thanksgiving mood, she was extremely hostile and sassy and took a tone that i do not appreciate. I am a daily starbucks goer and usually I am delighted with the costumer service, but I was disappointed this time, have a blessed thanksgiving and I hope your attitude changes.(Ps. This is not a fireable offense, just maybe a bad day)
