It amazes me how a individual you never met can shock you at times,and yes that is what Cornell had done. It was beyond annoying waiting for our food but when I got it fresh he also apologized for my wait.. Very courteous will be coming back thanks Cornell this is for you.
Rude ass customer service was in a rush had a little to no time to understand our knees and what was happening with our orders and overall terrible service. Don't care what time of the day it is you should still have a good customer service.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I ordered a curbside order and go to pick it up within 20-30 minutes. They always rush and clear out the orders for some reason. Most places would leave the curbside order until the customer came to pick it up. I parked in curbside and called about the order being completed even though I hadn't picked it up. The woman over the phone was rude and LIED and said I ordered it for drive thru. I specified that I had a notification saying it was curbside. She then asked me for my spot number rudely and after I told her HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I ordered a Mcchicken and it looked like it got fisted and balled up. **** these employees and their service. You get paid to bring customers curbside orders. It was the lying and LAZINESS for me...
My 2nd time going here for FRESH COOKIES . Unfortunately this time the gentlemen taking the order, manager and works thought it was just perfect to hand me cold cookies each time I handed them back and asked for fresh they pretend to not understand. The customer service was non existent.
