Little Caesars Pizza - Denton

This location offers consistently bad services. if the order is even correct, they do not push the right buttons to notify them about the app that the order is even ready. then, after I go after the allied will be ready by window to ask the status, I have not the heart or the geduld to tell them that the order is wrong as long as I have the correct number of boxes....just reason that it has even got 2 stars because the pizza is in the regular at least decent, even if it is not what I order every time.

Used to love this place until recently. The other day on either the 3rd or 4th i went and got two pizza's. When i got home I gave one to my roommate and I ate the other. The next day we both had coughs and a sore throat. I have social anxiety and dont go out often so nothing else could've caused us both having the same symptoms at the same time. Our 3rd roommate has none and seems to be fine. I called them today (the 7th) to inform them the Assistant Manager was very nice and seems like they will figure out what to do but definitely dont eat here until they get everything figured out just as a saftey precaution.

Ok so it's lil Caesars but this particular store I stop coming to shortly after I moved to denton in 2018. Late last year I decided to try again since it's literally a few mins away from me. It was so good and yes I choose it over domino's and pizza hut. Not to saucy and loaded w pepperoni. However, the reason i gave it 4 stars is because lately its too saucy. Actually ill give it 5 because The new manager has a great memory. I once asked for easy sauce and the next time I came in a week later and surely many customers in between he remembered my request of easy sauce. I met the owner a while back and my hats off to him who often worked alone until he could get some real help. The pizzas were always good it was worth the wait.Not all lil Caesars are equal.Now Go get your grub on

Went in on Jan 28, 22 and ordered two HOT and ready pizzas, a guy in front of me card had declined. Well they already had the pizza sitting on the counter since I walked in AND AFTER I waited for my pizza. Once my pizza was ready the guy at the counter gave me the hard, cold pizza that was there already there and one warm one! I asked him was it hot and he said the other guy just left it Luckily that was last minute and I'm not from the area, I will never go again that was nasty. Maybe because I was the only black woman in there, but the pizza sat on the counter maybe 10 minutes and wasn't hot when I took it to my children less than 10 minutes later. Wish I could give zero stars.

The owner was working the front counter. He was extremely rude and arrogant.I asked how long it’ll be to make 2 cheese pizzas fresh. He pointed to the ones in his warmer oven behind him and said “What’s wrong with these? He then said I offended him by think his store doesn’t have fresh pizza”He gave me the two pizza from the warmer oven and I took his word for them being fresh. I literally went into the my truck outside and took a bite and the pizza was not fresh. You can tell its been sitting around for like an hour.Also was charged for Extra most bestest pizza and was not given those. What a horrible way to run his business. He needs to take some classes on how to talk to his customers.
