Mcdonald's - Denmark

When we went in for our food, the lady behind the desk was not In a proper fast food working mood. She did not smile what so ever, and she had a very snappy attitude at all of us. Then while we were eating, a guy came in and apparently he has been waiting 20 minutes for his double cheese burger. So he had to get his money back and had a lot of waisted time on the restaurant. When we looked at our recipe, I ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget MEAL. But I did not get the MEAL aspect. I told the lady, I 'll take a 10 pc chicken nugget meal, with a large fry and a Mc flurry. She told me that she couldn 't substitute the Mc flurry in for a drink, so I had to get a drink and the Mc flurry separate.. then while we were about done with finishing our food, my little sister was sitting next to the wall with this big painting over her. The painting FELL and almost hit her, it would have hit her if my grandma didn 't put her arm out. It took about a minute or so for someone to come out from the back and look at what happened. I told him that the painting fell, and he just nodded. Only a nod and nothing else, I gave him a look and he took his time to come out. My brother, who was easily lifting up the heavy painting, had the guy go up to him and was told I got this little man . But the worker couldn 't lift it up, and had to get the chick that was serving us to lift it. Then they were going to put it back on the wall. My experience was very poor and I hated it. I don 't know if I 'll be going to this McDonald 's again

Such great service from the girls in the drive-thru!!!!! Give them a raise! Friendly and efficient. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
