Casa Juanita - Denia

You just have to get to dénia, we started looking for a restaurant where we could have dinner near our apartment. We didn't know much about the area, but we met on a street with some restaurants and one of them drew attention to the unbeatable atmosphere. the house is very good, it looks more like a cup bar but serves meals and dinners: salts, pizzas, burgers, crepes, croquettes, fried fish. the very good food at a very joto price, throwing at cheap. It's worth a lot of money and, of course, after dinner we stayed for the cakes. they put music that helps establish the place even more.

Al llegar a Dénia, buscamos un restaurante cerca de nuestro apartamento para cenar. Aunque no conocíamos mucho la zona, encontramos una calle con varios restaurantes y uno de ellos nos llamó la atención por su ambiente relajado: La Casa Juanita. El local es muy acogedor, más parecido a un bar de copas, pero también sirven comidas y cenas: ensaladas, pizzas, hamburguesas, crepes, croquetas, pescado frito... La comida es excelente y a un precio muy razonable, casi barato. ¡Realmente vale la pena! Después de cenar, nos quedamos para tomar unas copas, la música ayuda a crear un ambiente aún más agradable.

Beautiful restaurant, fab setting, Lovely relaxed ambiance, friendly attentive waiting staff, and good food. The paella is cooked fresh so there is a fair wait but it is a worthwhile wait as the food is stunning, my friend had the carbonara which also looked and smelled amazing she said it was very tasty. For drinks I ordered a strawberry daquari which was extremely sour I'd recommend the non-alcoholic cocktails they were more sweet and refreshing. All in all good value for money.

Having had a Dissapointing meal here last year when we complained we were told that it was our problem not theirs! We gave it a second chance and called for a drink. The service was very slow and the attitude of the owner was unwellcoming perhaps she remembered us?? : We will not be giving this place a third try!

We found this place ‘by accident’, but liked the atmosphere, the food, the service and the price level. And the wine! We’ll be back!
