Restaurant bewertenI am very happy to dine at Dip n Dip IOI City Mall especially with the Manager, Shariful and crews as a food and beverage attendant. Their communication skills and efficient services never failed to empowering me and family to taste the finest Belgian chocolate. Always love the chocolate in Dip n Dip IOI City Mall!
I give 5 stars cause you deserved it. The service much more fast and efficient because the food was ordered not taking more than 5 minutes. Super fast! You’re really experienced and improved. The food are super delicious because the chocolate is pure and fresh. I ordered the new menu which was mighty speculoos plus and s’mores milkshake which super yummy I don’t mind what other people said about the pricey stuff. I don’t eat here everyday and wasn’t super shock about the price cause I spent only about RM50-60 only and really worth!
Apart from price point on the higher side, everything is great with no complains!
Service was great but food was quite underwhelming. Most of the food we had tasted rather bland even the salted egg pumpkin! Price was acceptable.
Dragon-i has been synonymous with good Chinese food for quite a while now. Outlets are normally found in shopping centres, and are designated into two different types, one that is the normal Dragon-i, and the other ones that also have Peking Duck as part of their menu. The decor of this mid-sized outlet is very lush, very well decorated resulting in a well-lit dining area. There are special rooms away from the main dining hall as well, and that can be accessed through the walkway on the left as you enter the restaurant. The extensive menu can be used for browsing, but the staff will encourage you to scan the provided QR code and order online. However, as I visited during a weekend which saw huge crowds in the mall, my internet service was very slow. The captain gladly took my order when I told her about the issue. I've been dining at other Dragon-i for almost 20 years now, since they first opened in another mall in 2004. Food quality has remained consistently high, and throughout the years, I've rarely found issues with the food or the service. As I was dining alone in this outlet, I only ordered the Dan Dan La Mian and an Braised Eggplant with pork. The Dan Dan La Mian arrived shortly after, while the eggplant didn't take long to arrive as well. The Dan Dan La Mian is noodle based, in a spicy soup that has ground peanuts in it. The spicy, nutty soup lends well to the springy noodles. The eggplant is served in a claypot, sizzling away as it arrives. Topped with minced pork, it is slightly spicy, and the bean paste can be tasted in the sauce. Delicious. While prices are on the high side, it's worth the extra few bucks as it guarantees a good meal every time you walk in.
