Mcdonald's - Delaware

I'm amazed at the reviews here. Our hometown McDonald is like a box of chocolate. You never know what you're gonna get. I visited here yesterday and the window worker even wiped my drinking cup before he gave it to me! These new well machines are so creepy that I usually won't even order a soft drink. My food was all fresh and hot and I could actually taste the cheese on my burger instead of just fat! It was a clean place to stop and friendly service. QSVC was top notch.

Great McDonald's. Stop for a pitstop and serve quickly. The food in the area was clean when the toilets were.

Order online the night before, and waited about 45 minutes for my order in the drive thru. I really didn't have a problem waiting when I worked grocery service and understand that I worked short. Everything was good until we came home and the burgers we ordered were practically raw. The outside was cooked, but the inside was pretty pink. I called the store this morning and spoke to someone, and we agreed that I could come in and replace the food or get a refund. I replaced the food and they were pretty cool. I'm hardly complaining, but undercoke food is dangerous. The Lord who helped us was very understanding. Morality of this story is when you eat is messed up and you are NICE TO THEM, they replace or refund it. Be nice to food service staff. It's a tough job. Thanks for being so cool about the mess!

Fast and friendly service, I go here frequently. They tend to do an above average job. Although with any fast food they occasionally make mistakes. Use the McDonald's app for the best deals!
