Steak-out Charbroiled Delivery

Been a while since I had been to Steak-Out. Food was decent, salad was a bit laking. But the cost has gotten ridiculous. $31 for a steak, potato and salad with a can drink. I could have gone to plenty of other places and gotten a way better steak for that much. I would have been very happy with the meal for $18 or $20 because it was convenient.

Vegetarian options: Steamed Broccoli, onions mushrooms

When I ordered I only got 2 different items. The girl on the phone, Laura, couldn't even get that right. The food was cold when it got to us and was missing the butter and extra rolls we ordered. I also asked for lots of salt and pepper but, not there. She also put the wrong salad dressings in. Normally I love steak out but this was horrible. She said when I called that she would send back the rolls and butter. We were almost done with our food when the second delivery came.

Steak Out has been one of my favorite places for a very long time, however after several recent orders I would have to say Steak Out has gone down tremendously. The service from the staff is awful (female manager hung up in my face and cussed me out after sharing with her my delivery order was not up to standard as well as things missing from my order she also told me “she did not care because she was getting a new job anyway” and so is the food! Save your money! Would not recommend at all.

Best steak tips and baked potato ever. Extra juicy makes them perfect. Take out and delivery.
