Chicken Express - Decatur

Observes some good teamwork and it was cleaner than most restaurants during busy times. I saw some good positive attitudes from the staff. All about a positive atmosphere. Great place to take children in the family night...

That was my first visit. Fries were cold, the fish was a bit salty, but hotter than all git-out. They like to replace the fries. I'll try again.

I've used this chicken express since 2005. My experiences with them were down, depending on who it is, who works and who currently manages. There were a couple of times where I went and drank chicken that was not completely boiled and other times where I paid for diving sauce for the diving sauce and did not receive any diving sauce what I would say though if you were looking for a filling for lunch or feeding the family, this is probably your best bet for the amount of food you get to the price that you will pay as well as possibly for the rests for the next children. So if you are in Decatur and you are hungry and want to try something else this chicken expression, but if you are in another city, I would definitely recommend trying that the city chicken Express, but remember that they are all hard on service and chicken quality.

Having always liked chicken express, will be even better if they ever completely reopen. People were as fast as possible orders and were still friendly and playful.
