Restaurant bewertenWhen expelled from many friends to this restaurant, I thought I would try the moment I went in I already knew I was back, the smell of fresh boiled meat on the grill and the friendly faces we were greeted with. This was like one of those top notch sites with a flash back from the past with the monster ink ceilings. In any case, again at this place will try to make more delicious meals and the excellent dessert. Everything and everything a great experience!
I think the food in Bleu is good, nothing crazy, but for the area it's worth a stop. Besides me, there was not as much as a peep from the rest of the staff. Well, that my server was one of the best people I've ever met, I probably would have made a bad assessment. I'd come back for lunch, they seem to have a great option. I doubt I'll get back to that. @dietproof
As I travel, I always search the areas I’m in for new spots to try! I’ve had this one flagged for quite some time and finally decided to stop. Bleu is a fine dining restaurant with a rustic chic decor, fancy yet friendly! Tonight they had a fish I have never tried before, so I had to give it a go. Grilled Hawaiian Moonfish with Charred Bok Choy, Sesame vinaigrette Jalapeño Citrus Salad. This fish was firm but yet flakey and melted in my mouth, no fishy taste at all! Opah Commonly known as (moonfish, sunfish, kingfish, redfin ocean pan, and Jerusalem haddock), are large, colorful, deep bodied pelagic lampriform fishes. In 2015, this fish was studied and found to have near full body endothermy, in which the entire body is 5 degrees warmer than the surrounding water. This is unique among fish as most fish are entirely cold blooded.
Quick Wednesday night meal that was delicious! Specials were interesting and flavorful. Oysters were fresh and shucked well! Highlight was definitely Ryan our server! Spot on service that was warm, friendly, yet, not obtrusive. Entire staff was engaged and very aware of what was going on around the dining room! Great night!
