Restaurant bewertenGreat restaurant! The food was so good! Right on the beach too.
Sat outside to take of advantage of the water view. Our server, Jeff, was outstanding. I had the cabernet braised short ribs and they were delicious and fall apart tender, as they should be. I could lightly taste the cabernet making them perfect. My dining companion had the grilled filet medallions. Surprisingly the beef medallions were tough chewy. They were ordered rare, so sometimes that could be the problem. Both entrees came with mashed potatoes that really could have been so much better. Not light, creamy or fluffy in the least. Very hard, also not much evidence of Boursin in them as described on the menu. I despise Haricot Verts which was served with my entree. I feel when you're ordering upscale food, French green beans (let's call it what it really is) should not be served. The asparagus side with beef filet was very good and would also have been my choice to serve with the beef short ribs.
The food and view were amazing. Our waiter was nice, a little not so funny, but mostly super slow with service.
Our waiter, Fabian, made our night. He was fun, efficient and very attentive to every need. It was my husband’s birthday and he truly made it a memorable evening with his humor and wonderful personality. You are very lucky to have him on your staff.
Sessions is on the beachfront with live music for Sunday brunch and a great varied menu. Two of us split the Asian wings which were just perfectly seasoned and crispy. A tasty caesar salad with blackened chicken followed for my wife and a super fresh tuna poke bowl for me. Portion sizes were plentiful and the price was fair. Our server, Jennifer, was excellent from rolling over an umbrella for us to helping us decide on our food. We will be back soon!
