Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I love cracker barrel eating. but I have ever doubted this place again. waited for an hour on a table (party of3). once it only sat down. service was almost unexistent, eating was not used to the cracker barrel i 'm. maybe they're on the staff short? but it is Sunday 11/6/22 and most people would appreciate honesty and let us know that we will spend 21/2 hours here. just another case of live and I suppose to learn.

Everything was perfect and especially our server Leslie! She was so friendly, thoughtful, intuitive and sweet!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Who is the general manager at this place? What happened to customer service? You want a 20% tip but you do nothing to earn it. No flatware, horrible service. Food was just as bad. When the server ask.. What do you want? TO NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! When we were leaving 2 employees were celebrating getting off work early. Awesome for you!! One of the employees was laying across the counter and the other was openly discussing going out back and smoking (getting high) with another employee before he left. We had to wait to pay the bill until after they were done with their socializing.

Taylor was very accommodating, friendly and a great server.
