Hamburger was good, the pommes were okay, a reason why they appear cold.

I've picked up more than a few orders from this place and Everytime I go I catch the workers eating people's food and kicking their fingers then putting condiments on other food without gloves without watching hands?

Food does not taste the same...did not enjoy it at all

The food and folks here were good, the challenge was the drive thru system. It's voice teleprompter based, which makes ordering challenging unless you have your order very to the point. When ordering, the system glitched and I had to drive around again to get my order put in, and the system restricts the people inside from taking the order at the windowOverall I like Rally's food, and it hits the spot, but the new voice teleprompter system doesn't replace human interaction, which brought my rating down a star

Didnt know the drive thru is automated machine taking orders but my burger and fries were so good...
