Restaurant bewertenMy wife and I visited this restaurant recently. The ambiance was nice, however, when our food was served, we found a piece of hair in it. I alerted the waiter and later questioned whether the entire dish was contaminated or just that portion. Additionally, to our dismay, we spotted a cockroach crawling on the wall. We recommend the restaurant renovate and return to its previous standards of cleanliness and service.
The food at this restaurant is tasty and served in generous portions. The customer service is great and the staff is attentive. We were served promptly, with our food arriving within 10-15 minutes.
I am a foreigner from the US and she clearly tried to take advantage of that. I wanted the steak that was 800 pesos but she said that they were out and they only have one that is 1400 pesos, and even pointed to it on the menu. I asked for the 600 peso steak but again said they were out and pointed to the 1400 She clearly tried to take advantage of me as a foreigner and I did not fall for it. I ordered the carbonara instead which wasn't the greatest.
The price is justified by the portion size and delicious taste. if I want steak, the answer is bigbys. the steak is tender and they always cook it as they wanted. also the engraving and the veggies on the side are perfect.
I would just like to remind you of the extraordinary service that the employees have shown to the patrons of this house today. a earthquake of may 5.6 met davao and we could feel it in the restaurant. the employees remained calm and treated the evacuation smoothly. they were very accommodating for my family, which was fed with a weeping säugling. after log, the entire shopping center had to be evacuated and we could change our orders within minutes. the food was good!
