Very disappointed. I waited 30 mins for my food to be given this. Chicken on a slice of bread. Rice is very bland and Mac and cheese is alright.

Simply amazing!The owners Alysha and Keith truly take pride in their restaurant and put soul food on a whole new level!My husband Justin and I got the J Chicken Alfredo Birria Tacos and J Chicken Alfredo (their signature dish). Both fusion options were nothing like we've ever had before. The creativity, passion, and love that went into cooking the food, reflects the wonderful personality of the owners.I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't already!

This business is Extremely Unprofessional! If the service is any indication on how the food taste caution!!! Do not to do business with this company due to the following : Poor customer services, they never pick up their phone and will only communicate via email and that's not ver frequent. Lack of final follow-up and invoicing for catering orders. However when I called to complain about the unprofessionalism I receive excessive phone calls on my personal phone Excessive phone early in the morning and then a text message refusing to honor proper service. This company is a joke don't bother!

The chicken left such a horrifying taste in my mouth that I could not eat it. There was no cornbread and the cake that I ordered and they specifically called and said was unavailable and asked if I wanted a different cake was not the cake that came. I let them know that the order was not okay and was told I would be refunded. I only got a partial refund and send them a message stating that I would have to contact my charge company for the full refund. I got a call from the owner in which she stated that they cannot refund the delivery service fee. She then went on to say I hurt her feelings because I said the food was horrible! I said to her that I had no recourse for the delivery service fee because I had no idea that it was hooked to their account and had no recourse. She heatedly and loudly repeated the same thing over and over again to which I said to her that as the customer that does not help me. She started yelling and I asked her to stop speaking to me like that. I was not mad and trying to rectify the situation. She said she was not yelling at which point her voice got louder and louder and then she proceeded to threaten me that if I went through my charge company to get the full refund back that she would charge me with theft from the police department. Then she said I could come in for a cash refund with yet more yelling. I hung up on her because I'm not dealing with someone who is beyond nasty. I won't ever use this business again. Sometimes mistakes are made and food is bad. There is no reason to treat anyone like this. I have zero desire to go into this business and deal with this person who acts like this! Bad food, bad business practices, and a nasty attitude. Got it that you refunded the food but your rudeness is ridiculous! If you're hooked into an outside app be transparent! They won't be getting my family's business ever again. Think twice before ordering from them because she will be offended if you have a problem! 100% unprofessional! No thank you!

Excellent food and service. Could use more seating but still a great spot. Definitely, the best soul food from Jersey to Allentown. If you're ever in the upper northernmost parts of Pennsylvania you must give this Soul Food Restaurant a whirl. And their desserts are absolutely delicious!!! Can't go wrong here.
