The pretzels sit out too long uncovered and sometimes they are overcooked. They are called Philly soft pretzels for a reason. Nobody wants a crunchy pretzel.
They are never open when they are supposed to be open because the pretzel delivery guy is always late and then the cashier had a nasty attitude
Every single time I step into this location, the associate is always pleasant with me while getting my pretzel or pretzels.
