Food came out cold after 40 minutes. The restaurant was at about 3/4 capacity it was absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Our waitress was too busy joking around with her coworkers to do her job properly.i will never be back. My family's money is better spent somewhere they actually know how to run a restaraunt.
Not really a good experience. Went there last night for my mother and son’s birthday and it was just terrible from the minute we ordered our drinks. My mother never got hers and my son had to wait an hour and a half for some apple juice and this is with asking for it 3 times. The food wasn’t too bad but my dad never got his food. When he asked where his food was he got told that they forgot to start making it. So we waited about another hour and while everyone else got their food my dad still never got his food and my mom still never got her drink. She ended up going to grab her own drink. Not only that, there was no silverware on the table so we asked for some and the waiter took too long so my mom ended up getting up and grabbing them herself. My husband and I ordered a desert and never got it. We all ended up leaving disappointed and don’t plan on going here again.
Been here maybe 3 times.. food always cold server never comes back to refill our drinks after food comes out and wait forever to even get the check. Going to Greensboro from now on, much better experience.
This restaurant is run by thieves do not come here. I placed an order online only to be told 30 minutes later they were out of everything and couldn't process my order. I asked for them to process a refund and the girl on the phone told me she would have a manager process it that minute. Two days later I noticed that the transaction was not refunded to my account and had posted. I called again and the manager on the phone said there was no record of my transaction and that she would have to do some more research and give me a call back. She never gave me a call back. I had to reach out two days later and spoke to another manager Nichole Allen who told me she never got the message. it sounded like the same person I already spoke with. Applebee's corporate desperately needs to get involved in this location before they take from anybody else.
