China 1 - Dandridge

Here's a quick dinner at work. The food was excellent, like the sushi. The staff was very friendly and polite, and the dining room was very clean and well lit. Prices are extremely fair for the portions you receive. I will definitely come back in the future when I'm out and hungry for dinner!

I came here almost 15 years. When I was a teenager, my family or my friends and I would stop for lunch on Sunday afternoon. Well, my husband and my son and I stop occasionally on a Sunday and for the most part it has not changed. Still picturesque, clean, small dining area with good food and reasonable prices. Her hot tea used to be amazing, but the last couple of times I had it, something tasted. Will not be ordered next time. Used to love their LoMy, but now we tend to order what our little guy will eat, so the guys say that the sweet sour chicken is great and I can say that the Cashew chicken is probably the best thing I ever had. They are short staff, but very helpful and we have always found the atmosphere and staff to be pleasant. Spring rolls are good! We used to joke that it wasn't hard to be the best Chinese restaurant when you were the only restaurant in the city, but now that they have competition, it's fair to say that they're still the best in my book!

The freshest food I ever had. Great service. It's worth the extra ride.

We have enjoyed this restaurant over a dozen times. Small sitting area, but it is our favorite. Sushi and general Tao excellent. No on sweet sour pork, though…Glad it is here, we have 50 years of many dining experiences, thanks China1 and to its steady staff of “2”..waiter in states only 5-6 years and we welcome him..thankyou management..Happy New Year!
