Pakpao Thai - Preston Hollow - Dallas

Always a great time at Pakpao. The food is consistently delicious and the service is great.

First time at this location fairly slow at lunch that sat all tables right next to each other which seemed a little odd, but the food service were both good.

Service was ok, not great. Set us next to the front door with cold air blasts whenever the door opened.

I have been to the design district location and loved it. This was such a disappointment. All the food was extremely salty. The servers were working hard but we’re not attentive enough. We sat with our dishes in our tables for a long time and service was just spotty. I won’t be recommending or returning to this location.

The food was just not great. Five of us ordered different items and none of us were thrilled, nourished us but nothing exciting about any of the dishes.
