La Maison 1888 - Da Nang

Excellent service 5 star We had a 16 course meal. And honestly I had higher expectation knowing this is a 3 star Michelin Chef restaurant. Give a 4 star for food But their staffs are very attention to detail. Even knowing that I am allergic to yeast and offered an alternative instead of pasta or bread We weren’t also expecting a surprise dessert making it a 17 course meal. We were really full after eating so much but we truly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

Went for dinner there a few years back and was a memorable experience. The hotel that Maison is located in is truly beautiful. You have to use their cable car to get to the restaurant and that creates a dramatic entrance. Overall the food and beverage is typical French fine dining and a little expensive but worth the experience. The food was presented well. Wines were served at the right temperature and they had a cozy bar as well.on the side.

Lovely setting, albeit a bit out of the way. The quality of the food and the service were very inconsistent. From chaotic to good but far from excellent. At the prices they charge, I would expect a far more professional and consistent standards than what we experienced. Would not return nor recommend it.

Absolutely divine. service and a meal to die would highly recommend.
