Spahr's At The Station - Cut Off

People have been telling me for years that I needed to try it, but I have always been in a rush to get home. Don't let the location at a gas station fool you. The food was great, and so was the service. I had the Blackened shrimp po'boy with a side of something other than fries for once (broccoli). Of course, I went back. The Crab Cake on a bun and the tuna sliders were great.

The food was mediocre, not seasoned. I had shrimp stew and butterfly shrimp. Potatoe salad not bad. Partner had speckled trout, he said it was good. Kids ate all of their food. The prices are high.

I hand the mini crab cakes with the Cray sauce, very delicious. The blackened chicken sandwich was also very tasty. The grilled peppers were a nice touch to the sandwich. While all very good the food took an abnormal amount of time to get to the table.

A bit pricey for subpar food. The service is absolute garbage. The waitress acted like it was an effort to even communicate with us. Not impressed and no intentions on returning.

Our waitress Rae C. was very delightful and courteous.
