Panera Bread - Cumming

The new chef sandwich was less than expected. without flavor but it would have been better if they had heated it more. The spicy didn't have anything and the truth is that it confused me because in the commercials it looks delicious... The restaurant was very dirty and there were several tables with food and the floor needed a little pass with the vacuum cleaner...

I frequently visit for breakfast or lunch and most times my orders are incorrect or made wrong but I really don?t have time to cause a scene or draw attention to the issue. This morning my bagel was super hard and I thought it was just me so I had one of my nurses try it to make sure I wasn?t being dramatic and she complained as well. It was really hard and overly toasted and I?m just upset since It was a simple order.

The manager (I think) was SUPER AWESOME didn't catch her name, but she was SO kind helping me find a low sodium entree for a friend in the hospital. Very young, wonderful attitude and needs a raise and promotion. I've not seen this kind of compassion in a fast food environment EVER. I hope the owner or Corp take good care of her. Seriously thank you. Restored my faith in the youth of today. At least a little bit.

Normally I love Panera?s salads, but this time it was far from edible. There is obviously a quality inspection issue. From my lunch today I found numerous amounts of rotted cabbage in my salad. Not entirely sure if it?s mold or not but it looks absolutely rotten. Not sure if it?s just this location or what but I definitely will not order from this location again.

Is this a prank? I order a bagel toasted with cream cheese, after first giving me the wrong bagel, which is fine mistakes happen. I declined the offer to keep the bagel. She finally gives me the correct bagel and this is how it?s cut. how the hell am i supposed to split this? or even eat it? I would hope these people would learn customer service and how to do their job.
