Don Chuy's Mexican - Culver City

This place is terrible. Their service is terrible and the people who work there are arrogant and were NOT helpful. I am here several times and every time there is a problem with her service. I was with 9 people at 3 different tables and they refused to get us additional chips and salsa. They served 2 chips and salsa and refused to give us more if we said we would pay extra. Look, I usually don't consider places like this when the service is bad, but what I didn't like was the attitude they gave us. I spoke to the owner of the place and they were very rude. It's one thing if your servers aren't friendly, but it's a whole other thing if the owners are rude and not willing to make a customer happy. The 9 of us went out and went into our mouth with a really bad taste. Your food is not even worth it. If you are going good Mexican go to Gloria's Cafe just about 2 miles away. Me?

Mom loves this place... relocated her with me as senior a new location.... she finds her standard price has found restaurants I didn't know.... Service and food is excellent

I came here last week and they could take up our 12th party. The food was really good. They have authentic Mexican food from queso fundido (melt cheese) to pozole. We ordered a shrimp ceviche as an appetizer and it was delicious! I ordered the Milanesa plate and it was really good! In our party we had a few kids so they were served to a queen and chicken nuggets with fries. So there are options for the children. And for adults had some margaritas and some ordered palates that enjoyed my party. The service was great and the food was really delicious! I hope people can enjoy this authentic Mexican restaurant!

Good food for affordable price in a prime location.

I don?t understand what people like about this food, but actually the chewy part is correct. I had one out of 3 decent meals there. Its a long story of why I went three times. This last one was the last time?The food was bad. The service mediocre at best. The soda was flat yo top it all the disappointment off.
