It was good, and they were fast to have the food ready which was a win for us!!

Was a wonderful meal! Fresh, not salty, delicious ????. The employees are very nice people, kind, friendly, nice looking, and hard working. !I hope we can have Baja Fresh in San Luis Obispo! I believe this company knows what is customer service.

Very unhappy faith the food. It was tasteless the girl who waited on me was very nice but the food had no flavor and I added extra pico de gallo and cilantro and it still was tasteless not feeling at all very little chicken 4 the price of $12.69 I was very disappointed I don't want to drive far because they close one down in my area and I did have a birthday coupon but still had a drive and pay the difference Pollo Loco's is a hundred percent better it just the truth very tasteless very disappointed I was looking forward to it and I will never go back there and pay full price I don't know how you can stay in business they are pretty so expensive for a fast food and it doesn't have a flavor to it sorry but that's how I feel

Prices are crazy everywhere so the sticker shock for two Baja chicken burritos was hard to swallow. But if you know what your getting it comes out exact everytime.

The Baja Shrimp burrito definitely hit the spot after my quick trip to Best Buy. Clean restaurant and a very short wait time. The condiment bar was clean...always a good sign!
