Da’Mario Trattoria & Pizzeria

Nice atmosphere and good food. It is located in the centre of Bruges and somewhat cheaper than the other restaurants. I can recommend the chicken pizza!

We had to stop and rest and we found this sweet Trattoria. We ordered 4 pizzas and a salad. The service was great and the pizzas were delicious. We ordered pepperoni pizza and we received red peppers. It was good.

I had a cozy lunch with friends in Da'Mario's Trattoria, and it was wonderful. The service was great. The menu offers many interesting options. All kinds of pastas with a variety of sauces, homemade gnocchi (delicious! , fresh salads with organic green, pizzas with...perfect Italian crust, crispy and thin, perfectly baked. Good espresso, beautiful deserts, house made ice cream. There are some options for vegetarians. There is a beautiful open terrace for those who like to eat outside, as well as comfortable interiors. I liked the atmosphere. I would definitely go back and recommend it to my friends.

My favorites are the Monte Christo Pizza and the Baci ice cream, but there is much more for every taste. The present owners follow very well the steps of the founder, a genovese called Mario, always centered on excellent ingredients and fresh pizza dough! Pasta,...Lasagna meets etc are also very good and the wine selection contains good Italian wines as well as local! One point of caution: Mario closes early, at eight in the evening!
