Outback Steakhouse - Crystal Lake

I haven't been to this place yet. I am absolutely amazed by the perfection of food, taste and preparation... Service is sucked! I don't know if it was the first day of our server, he was nice, but for the love of Pete, no peanuts, false drinks twice what we asked, wait for ever and ask you 3 or 4 times before we got it... But of course, we don't even check out, and got before we could order dessert or coffee. The place was not packed, so I felt like he had no excuse... I've tipped the guy like we're usually against my hub wishes, but I think next time we're in Crystal Lake, we'll definitely get our business elsewhere. Such a shame, food was excellent!

My family and I went to this Outback Steakhouse for the first time last night to celebrate my birthday. The service was excellent, food came quickly and perfectly cooked. The restaurant was clean and comfortable and our waiter, Trevor, did a fantastic job. Thank you. Very recommended. We'll be back soon!

The food was delicious and our server was wonderful!!!

As always, wonderful service and good food. Love come here for special education dinner.
