Noodles Company - Crystal Lake

This is a fantastic spot to grab a meal. The noodles were delicious, and I had an enjoyable time here with my friends.

Since COVID, I haven’t been as impressed with Noodles. The portion sizes have decreased, the service hasn’t been great, and they’ve changed the menu. Now, there’s only one size available. The menu is also confusing to read, and you feel rushed the entire time. They serve everything in to-go containers, which feels wasteful. I really dislike the paper straws that dissolve in the soda. It has become even more of a fast-food experience than it used to be. Additionally, they should have a way to add your rewards points after your transaction, as the staff never asks if you have rewards and the app often doesn’t load, leaving you unable to show your information.

You place your order at the checkout and wait about 5 to 10 minutes until they call your name for pickup. The menu features a few healthy salad options, but for the most part, it's typical fast food with noodles and pasta, which is pretty average. However, they deliver exactly what they promise and manage expectations well.

Amazing customer service! workers are SO nice. i had a small wait for my food and they gave me extra treats. it's always worth the wait????

Dissapointed this time. My friend wanted to eat Penerosa, which she likes. Girl who took the order tried to talk with her in one, like if she was her bad boss, Penerosa was almost cold and without leaves. And general taste was worse than before.
