Chen Chen Chinese - Crossett

Strings chicken I had combination rice honey chicken, dry nasty .I very disappointed. ONE LUXURY COMING HOME VISIT

I visited on 2/7/2024 during lunch. The food was cold and had a horrible taste. The only thing that was warm was the fried chicken. It was almost as if their warmers wasn’t working. It was horrible! The ones eating with me also agreed!

The food was good. But our food coated us 75$! We gave them a 5$ tip. Then they took it upon themselves to charge us 98$!! So basically they stole from us!

Food on buffet was old, dried out and stuck to the bottom of the pans. When I asked the owner about putting out fresh food he became very disrespectful and started screaming. This place was never great, but is hardly edible since the new ownership took over. I do not even give this place one star. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

This place here has made themselves a staple in the City of Crossett amazing food and always a mellow eating experience.
