Great coffee at the TUNBRIDGE Wells marks and Spencer’s, friendly staff and really clean always good and consistent. Mixed sandwiches are delicious

There was rubbish on floor like crisps, Normally it would be a good idea that when the tables are cleared and there is stuff on the floor it should be swept at the same timthe tables are cleared Dish washer still not working so customers were served with a cup and no saucer and a teapot

I stopped by for a cup of tea and received friendly and quick service with a smile. The tables were clean and the area was quiet.

We stopped by for a sandwich and coffee at this restaurant. Unfortunately, most of the tables were messy with half-eaten meals and empty coffee cups. We managed to find one clean table and sat down. Despite being there for an hour and a half, no one cleared the table next to us. After we complained to a staff member, a few other tables were eventually cleared, but the cleanliness didn't last long. The lack of table clearing was unappealing and may discourage potential customers. With plenty of space inside and few customers, there was no excuse for the untidy environment. M&S, while your food may be good, your table clearing service needs improvement, especially in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Love having a Cafe in Marks and Spencer, as nice and handy for grabbing a hot or cold snack and drink.
