Restaurant bewertenWe had a nice family dinner for our 10-year anniversary. Eating was sensational, our waiter james was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and the local ingredients. the only thing I can owe was that it was very warm due to the fireplace, but in a cold night that would be a bonus. food: 5/5 service: 5/5 atmosphere: 4/5 .more
We were the wilderness village and booked the restaurant at one of the nights to enjoy some local restaurants after a fabulous day of hiking. the dining room was comfortable and relaxed, personal we friendly when a little inexperienced. we chose the 3 curs menus where you can sachte mushroom (big taste and generous service for a starter! and crayfish chawanmushi (unusual texture and blandaroma as starter. olive oil fried meerforelle (rich in taste, heavy soned, underwhelming vegetables and chalk and pan roasted chicken breast (a little dry and bland for net. order caramelized french toast (more of an early piece article than dessert, but beautiful and smores) a wonderful culinary experience at a wintery night. the quiet formal dining area is beautiful for a quiet adult experience, not really for loud, hungry children.
An amazing gem in the wild, imaginative and creative use of tasman products. food: 5/5 service: 5/5 atmosphere: 5/5 .more
Absolutely perfect from start to finish. The three course dinner is under priced for the quality and the amazing flavours that showcase Tasmania's offerings perfectly. The staff are amazing, friendly, funny and professional, special thanks to James for making our evening enjoyable and rememberable, and also to Charlie and our chef for perfect service.
Incredible feed. We had the three course menu and couldn’t fault one thing. The food was meticulously served, tastes were amazing and the service was excellent. Fair price for the quality of food.
