Che Figata Italian Bistro - Coxsackie

I grew up in the opposite and I'll eat here when I'm back in town. they now have a vegan section on the menu and I have blown away. so good!

That was near the best meal I ever had. I am from cape cod I had seafood much in my life nothing compare with the exquisite calamari I had here tonight. for my entrée, I had snuggled and linguine paired with a white wine sauce and it was incredible. everything from the brot that she begins to the Caesar salad that comes with a entrée was incredible and very tasty. my rice pudding desert should die. amanda our server not enough nice can be said to many thanks they will certainly return

My friend and I traveled to the Coxsackie area to pay our last respect to a college friend who died. in the night before the funeral we found che figata bistro. we received exceptional service from tatiana and eating was phenomenal. the bistro offers an increased culinary experience with a modern flair to traditional Italian favorites. the menu offers something for everyone: classic Italian cuisine, vegan options, seasonal menu items, daily specialties and surprising creations, which mostly use high-quality ingredients to produce perfectly balanced taste profiles. I often travel between the descent and the capital region. I see that I plan to move in the future, just so that I can return! our thanks to an tatiana and the amazing staff. we appreciate their hospitality at a difficult visit.

It is very stylish inside and the food was delicious!! Men had surg turf amazing!! Ladies had salads, caprese and my favorite was arugula with goat cheese, strawberry chicken. The best rolls and butter!!

Was never so embarrassed by the actions of the Owner/ Manager to act the way he did to my husband in front of a restaurant full of customers. Sent him a private message to have a talk with him, I know he saw it and never responded. People need to consider supporting this business. I don't let things like this bother me but I've never been so embarrassed in front of friends it was supposed to be a special night. We had a party for some special people and one of the ladies 86 yrs old in our party ordered a steak med rear came well done, she sent it back the second steak came out not barely even cooked. Sent that back and it got nasty after that when the owner came out after my husband. The lady who ordered the steak never ate dinner, very poor on the part of the owner and the way he does business.
