Starbucks - Covington

Extremely rude curly hair blonde lady that gave me an attitude when I said excuse me and completely ignored my existence when I entered in. Teach your staff on how to properly great customers or else it will close down

This is such a good Starbucks!! Baristas are so nice and drinks are always good. I don't have to wait a super long time and it's awesome!!!

This place always close early.I went there today around 5:20 p.m everything was closed.Then I went through drive through it says closed at 4:30 p.m.This Starbucks need to update their hours.

Maybe teach your staff to give what customers want and use their pea sized brain when asked something. I order a pink Drink and it was Straight up milk with a little bit of acai I asked for more acai and the whoever made it clearly didn’t understand the assignment. Mind you nor did they fill my drink up to the top 1ST time or 2nd

The employees are always friendly and helpful. We love this Starbucks! It's not super busy, so it is easy to relax and we don't have to very long to get our drinks and food.
