Arby's - Council Bluffs

The crispy chicken bacon Swiss was GREAT. Would recommend this place for that sandwich alone....I bet the others are good as well. My daughter and her friend had no complaints on the classic roast beef. Very polite person at the window also taking the order. Thank you so much.

Listen there's only one thing you need to know about this place. 24 hours. There you have it. Are the employees nice and helpful? No. It's a 24 hour fast food joint attached to a truck stop. What do you expect? Is the food fresh? Always. Is it tasty? Sometimes. Is it edible? Usually. Will it be made quickly and given out without delay? Usually.

Do I wish the line was shorter? Yes but it was dinner time and they were super busy. Had great service. I got a coke lemonade mix drink it was delicious and the lady at the window was very friendly.

Arby's buffalo chicken sammich reminds me of when I had to drive my love 5 hours in the cold winter to drop him off where he's leave me for months driving tours. We stopped in the middle of Indiana at a one nine with an Arby's. I had never had it and didn't want to. We both got buffalo chicken sammich es bad sat on the curb in the dead of night eating them in silence. I was surprised at how good it tasted through my salty tears, I was surprised anything could taste good through the bittersweet monsoon season that always brought with it change.

Great Arbys food ALWAYS fresh, freshly prepared, the hot food is hot, cold is cold! That’s important to me that it’s not sitting around improper temperatures can bring on a bad visit. Crew always make sure order correctly prepared even some of the strange concoctions I throw at them!! LOL. Kitchen clean as are employees. HUGE COMPLIMENTS to the crew they do an awesome job in this picky ol ladies opinion!
