Restaurant bewertenSmall town Japanese owned ramen shop. Very friendly service. Nice location inside a very old building with lots of character. Food was much better than expected. Boba tea was lacking in flavor but overall we’d come back.
Brought two of my kids here on a road trip. I wish we lived closer so we could come again and again! Very generous portion sizes, but the flavor is even bigger. We all had different ramen bowls and loved them. The boba is fantastic too. Very friendly service, cool atmosphere, and fun part of townVegetarian options: Several veggie options, including gyosa (did not try) and ramen options
This roughly took place around June 11-17. The place was lovely, very refreshing, being that I don't often visit Cottage Grove. The service was as good as there weren't many people there and a single server working at the front. However, as forgiving as I am, I was greatly disappointed by the noodles. The rest of the toppings and broth were great, although very expensive. We never received the rice we had ordered for my youngest brother that came with me and my mother, and I was very confused on why two bowls of ramen could've added up to well over $60. I've been to many ramen places in areas such as Eugene and Springfield. However, between me and my family, this unfortunately wasn't worth as much as it was, or at least not the noodles. I'm not sure how I feel on the standard and small bowl prices being only $2 apart, but perhaps that's because I live in the Eugene/Springfield area. Toshi's Ramen is a good example of what this place could be/could've been.I apologize if this offends anyone. However, this is as genuine as I felt I should be. Tips are still well deserved!Edit: This took place June 18-24. I tried coming here again, this time to enjoy a tasty boba drink and the shaved ice cream they sell. Unfortunately, they had me wait a long period of time before helping me, even though the sign had said that the bobarista would call me over when they are ready. Regardless, I appreciate it. It gave me the opportunity to look over the menu. I bought an original milk tea and a milk tea and coffee shaved ice cream, both with coffee jelly. After waiting 15-20 minutes or so, they had finally gotten to helping me. I paid and gave another tip.Everything seemed alright. But before I could ease my mind, the bobarista had just now realized that they were out of milk tea shaved ice cream and apologized, but didn't give me an opportunity to pick a different flavor since I paid for two flavors and coffee jelly. I'm really sad, the coffee ice cream was good, the milk tea was way too sweet. And I feel like I didn't get what I paid for.
Very helpful and friendly staff, was able to accommodate diet restrictions. Super tasty ramen to go or dine in great presentation for dine in options and many foods on menu. No meat option for ramen except pork though.
Delicious ramen and the large portion is enough to make two meals. Best ramen I’ve had in the Eugeneish area.
