Restaurant bewertenI'm genuinely concerned for the safety of others who may encounter these so-called security guards at the Triangle in Costa Mesa. I plan to file a complaint with the City of Costa Mesa regarding the inappropriate behavior of the security staff I witnessed last Saturday night. Security personnel should not leave people stranded or impede access to help. Having worked as the Valet Parking Manager at the Waterfront Hilton, I find the conduct displayed by the head of security—an imposing and unprofessional individual—disturbing and unacceptable. I have collaborated with security directors and know how security teams should operate. This behavior warrants investigation for the sake of public safety. I wouldn't want my daughter or wife to come across these aggressive security staff, and I've advised my friends and family to avoid the area until city officials assess the situation. I can't help but think others have had similar experiences. I strongly urge people to stay away from Triangle Square and be cautious around the security there, as they will not assist you in any way and may block access for others trying to help. They certainly act as if they hold all the power in the parking lot. If I were a woman in a vulnerable situation, things could have turned out much worse if I encountered this head of security, who appears uninterested in offering help without something in return. These individuals project a more menacing presence than that of typical security guards. I now feel apprehensive about returning, fearing potential retaliation for this review. Such a situation is unacceptable anywhere in Costa Mesa. It's concerning to have such aggressive security personnel in our city.
This review is for December 23 around 9 PM: I had called ahead to confirm how late they were accepting orders. I spoke with Ryker, and he was...
Aside from the staff, it seems like 99% of the visitors at Triangle Square are just there to spend money; I've never gone there without making a purchase. The job security for the owners in that building is remarkable. I wouldn't want my customers to have a negative experience, as I expect them to return, right? I believe they should consider replacing their security company with a licensed one and implement a proper code of conduct. How can they leave guests stranded at night and even block the entrance? I recommend spending your money elsewhere, where you'll be treated like a human being and with respect. Take your business to a different establishment, as complaining won't lead to any changes here. I now know where to avoid.
I had a great dinner with some colleagues. The service was friendly, and the restaurant is spacious and airy, featuring plenty of tables and a large...
We had a family meal here, and the food was good. It was a bit on the pricey side, but I really enjoyed it.
