Jack In The Box - Costa Mesa

I have never received more worse service than I have coming to this Jack in the box. First time I came here they said they didn't honor the 10 strikeouts for the Dodgers the night before said they only honor it on Mondays so if the Dodgers don't pitch10 strikeouts on a Sunday they're not honoring the jumbo Jack. Then I go there again order two tacos they give me cold ones so Icalled and complained. They said come back and get new ones so I did. Then the big Mexican lady tells me that she looked on thecamera and said that they were timed perfectly which was an absolute lie because I barely went across the street and they werecompletely cold. So basically she called me a liar. Whoever is managing this is doing a poor job because their employees donothing but disrespect their customers. I will no longer go to this Jack in the box because of the poor service.

The food here is served hot and quickly. While the staff could benefit from some added warmth in their interactions, the impressive speed of service and the temperature of the food make it a great choice in the area.

The service was good and the food was decent—pretty much what you would expect. EDIT: If I were comparing it to other fast-food options, I would give it 5 stars, but my comparisons are based on my overall experiences throughout my life! However, the person at the counter was very friendly, which is somewhat rare these days.
