Restaurant bewertenThis restaurant is a fantastic spot for delicious food and authentic European beers. The soft lighting and welcoming atmosphere are perfect as soon as you enter. It's bustling yet quiet, making it suitable for a business meeting. The service was excellent and very knowledgeable. The food was above average and prepared exactly as ordered. The prices were reasonable. I will definitely stop by next time I'm in Corvallis.
Caves offers the best donuts in town during their Saturday and Sunday brunch. They only have one flavor of donut available, but it changes every few weeks. The apple and peach glazes are delicious, but their winter spice flavor is not recommended, similar to a pumpkin spice latte. The chocolate flavored donuts are just okay. If you don't like the flavor of the donut during your visit, try their waffle instead, as it is amazing. It is suggested to avoid sitting at the southwest corner table due to uncomfortable ventilation draft. However, the restaurant has sound dampening panels which make it easy to have a conversation.
Best brunch place, we got the chicken and waffle (generous portion! And the pork schnitzel benedict, perfect! Must visit and must give it a try! You can also make reservations as the lines tend to grow around noon. I miss old Caves so much. Poutine, bread pudding, the best pretzel anywhere, pretzel burger, amazingly cozy atmosphere, best tap and bottle menu around. All gone. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
