Pig Vycious Bbq - Cortland

I skipped a lunch snack after hearing about this place and ordered the ruin for me and the Jackfruit Tacos for my wife. The owners are fantastic and run a clean food truck with a very good menu (it is really big). I could only have about half the sandwich, because it's huge and delicious like hell! There are a lot of flavors and textures there. I have the Mac and cheese for a page that was great (I will try the jalapeño Mais next time). I'm pretty sure that this is the only place to prepare Jackfruit on a menu and it was done right. If you never had it, it had the struts of pulled pork, which is a good alternative for vegans/vegetarians in a predominantly meat-based bbq place. I thought it was great and my wife loved it. If you have a chance, please check this place as I'm sure it will be bushier when the word comes out! Good luck for you and stop the good food!

Cook home three meals tonight for dinner, the brisket and the pulled pig are to die. The brisket was literally melted in the mouth, the crust on it was crazy good! The pulled pig also very delicate and tasty. I look forward to trying the sandwiches, the bright relish... Nice. I asked about the catering of my sons graduation, they also do it! Even asked if I wanted to get the whole truck, how funny!

I just went there with my daughter... all the food is amazing... she had a chix taco and I had the brisket and rib combo... we also tried the nachos... and don't forget the hot pepper relish...

Fantastic BBQ! Had a pig Vycious Fattie and it was probably the best mix of flavors I ever had! The pig was perfect! I highly recommend this place at the top of your list!

The menu was awesome and had some original dishes on it. The nachos were delicious! The owners were warm and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping down for some great food and good conversation.
