Stefano's Pizza - Corte Madera

Ordered delivery from our hotel room after a busy day of travel and hiking at Muir Woods. We were very pleased with the fast delivery and delicious pizza! Thanks for being the perfect end to a wonderful day, and to the driver for bringing us plates, napkins, and forks with our order so that we could eat comfortably from our hotel room.

Stefano’s pizza is a great place! The pizza is amazing, the prices are low and the staff are friendly. There is no parking lot so you have to park on the street but it’s not really a problem. I highly suggest to get the slices because each slice is two pieces of pizza and a fountain drink for only 5$!

The supplier was apologetic, but when I called Stefano's Corte Madera, the manager stated that they would need to return the ruined pizza before sending a replacement, which would take another 45 minutes to an hour. By this point, it had been 2 hours since we placed our order, so I asked if we could receive a discount or refund. The manager refused and said we would have to wait for the replacement pizza to arrive before making a decision. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service, the manager abruptly agreed to provide a refund and promptly hung up. Due to this negative experience and poor customer service, we will not be ordering from Stefano's again. It's important for businesses to handle difficult situations with care and respect, which was lacking in this case.

The pizza at this restaurant is amazing. However, the chicken wings and strips are cooked from frozen and are barely edible. It seems like there are some issues with the supply chain for restaurants, so hopefully the chicken problem is temporary. Despite this, I would still highly recommend the pizza.

I had a great time enjoying the basic vegetarian pizza topped with tomato sauce, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and black olives. Another tasty option is the Mill Valley Favorite pizza, which comes with pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms.
