Whataburger - Corpus Christi

One of the worst whataburgers I've been to. Only took me 6 minutes to get there and after 25 minutes in the drive thru line then my 8 mon drive back I opened the food to find my fries inedible as they were so cold and salty. My burger was also cold, doesn'tseem the bun was toasted, and it's missing bacon. I asked for spicy and regular ketchup. The girl asked if I wanted original orlimited spicy ketchup, I said limited edition. In the bag was 1 limited and 4 spicy. No regular. I had ordered 1 honey mustardand 1 ranch. Honey mustard was nowhere to be found.

I wasn't happy about the wait time at the restaurant. While everything was fresh, our order was incorrect. I believe there was a mix-up with the car behind us and our order. Despite this, I'm still enjoying the fresh food that wasn't originally ours. Life is full of unexpected surprises. I suggest that the staff work on handling frustration better during busy times like midnight rushes. This will help the team work more efficiently and calmly. I'm not sure who ordered this food, but it tastes good and fresh.

The curbside service was fast, the food was fresh and hot. The employee who brought out our order was friendly and even brought our drinks while we waited for our food. They made sure we got our favorite spicy ketchup. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience.

I went to this restaurant early in the morning with my family and friends, around 4:30 am. The drive-thru had a line of 3 cars, but we were greeted and our order was taken quickly. However, there were only two employees working and we were asked to pull up and wait for our fries. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, our order was finally complete but the fries were cold. I was told that they were waiting on the fries when I asked at the window, so I was confused as to why they were cold when I got home just 2 minutes after receiving my order. Overall, I was not happy with the experience.

The staff was very accommodating. The food was good, but the service was just okay. However, the person who took my order was friendly, which was a bonus!
