This is the ideal spot for a romantic date night. The food was amazing and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend following the waiters' recommendations - I did and I was extremely pleased with my choice.

My partner and I celebrated our 33rd anniversary at the Republic of Texas Bar & Grill in Corpus Christi. During our visit to San Antonio, we enjoyed a delightful dinner with a breathtaking view of the water and cityscape from the rooftop of the Omni Hotel. The food and service were outstanding, making our evening truly unforgettable.

We decided to celebrate our son's USMC wing ceremony here for dinner and was not disappointed! Party of 8. Excellent service. Excellent food we tried salads, sides, steak, seafood, drinks and dessert! It was all amazing! Would highly recommend for a special occasion! The view was AMAZING!!

As a returning customer I can’t help to tell that the food quality of the restaurant has slightly declined. We had the filet and a bone in ribeye. Filet was slightly over cooked and ribeye undercooked. Filet was tender and flavorful, ribeye was tough, tasteless and extra fatty it didn’t feel like a Prime wet aged steak. We love the au gratin potatoes that said this time they were undercooked we appreciated the courtesy of them being removed from the check. It was also an special occasion, neither the host nor the waiter acknowledged our celebration until we asked to have a picture taken. We were expecting high end food and service and were somewhat disappointed with the experience.
